Phyllis is amazing. I don't live in Ohio, but evertime my husband and I go out there to visit his family, we have to get pedicures by Phyllis. She has a great personality, and there is always a lot to talk about. Not only that, but she spends at least an hour making my toes and finger nails look perfect.
